This Life Is Mine | A Reflection from the Soul
This is a conscious writing. From the soul. From the heart of a human being.
We only live once. And life offers many choices. I realize—I don’t have to follow everyone else’s expectations.
When something starts to weigh me down, I ask myself: “Should I really follow this?”
Because I know—heaven can appear, and hell can suddenly unfold in life.
It all depends on the choices I make.
Comfort in life often starts with the word "comfort" itself—being in a space that feels right to me, not one that constantly brings anger, frustration, and unrest.
Should I? No.
I don’t have to go through it.
This life is mine. Not theirs.
I live this life for myself.
For peace. For clarity.
Without having to please or obey anyone else’s wishes.
I’m also aware that constantly seeing, hearing, or experiencing things I dislike will eventually bring harm to my life.
It’s wrong to say that bad things must happen. They don’t.
They can be avoided.
Yes—I want to see, feel, and hear things that bring joy, in my own way.
And I believe many others out there want the same thing:
To experience heaven in life. Not hell.
Maybe it feels difficult right now. But it only feels that way.
It doesn’t mean it’s impossible.
So I ask myself again: “Should I?”
Yes. I should.
When something starts to weigh me down, I ask myself: “Should I really follow this?”
Because I know—heaven can appear, and hell can suddenly unfold in life.
It all depends on the choices I make.

It doesn’t mean it’s impossible.
So I ask myself again: “Should I?”
Yes. I should.
I must focus—focus on avoiding the toxic things that make life heavy.
Close my ears to what hurts, and open them wide to voices that are kind, peaceful, and beautiful.
This life is mine. And I have the right to choose happiness.
The world spins fast. Life passes by before we even notice.
But no. I’m the one who decides the pace of my life.
Do I want to rush through everything, afraid of missing out?
Or take it slow and easy—truly living, not just surviving?
To enjoy life, instead of being consumed by it?
The choice is mine.
The choice is ours.
Not anyone else’s.
And we don’t have to be the same.
🎧 I hope the sound of rain and music behind these words brings peace to your thoughts. If you feel seen or heard through this, you're not alone. We are connected—through awareness, through choice, through shared humanity.
